Our adult classes are designed to meet the needs of the students where they are ~ from beginner to advanced, our instructors tailor the classes to each participant and their specific goals, while teaching them a variety of skills and techniques.

This pottery class explores both hand building and wheel throwing techniques for beginners through advanced students. Instructor will determine where you are in the learning process and help guide you through projects of your choice.


Drawing Studio

Saturdays, 9/7 – 10/5, 1:00 – 3:30 PM, $175

Drawing for any ability level.  Beginners welcome! Discover how to use the right side of your brain to see like an artist.  Experienced artists can take their drawing skills to a higher level. Experiment with various kinds of drawing media and “unleash” the artist in you!


Figure Drawing

Saturdays, 10/12 – 11/9, 1:00 – 3:30 PM, $175

Learn basic drawing techniques and proper proportions for drawing the human figure. Students will draw from a live model (fully clothed) that will pose in multiple positions throughout each session. Basic drawing materials will be used – pencil, charcoal, and conte crayons.

Fused Glass Dish

Friday, 9/6, 6:30 – 8: 30 PM, $45
Friday, 10/4, 6:30 – 8:30 PM, $45

Create a unique, colorful dish using layers of class while learning glass cutting and design techniques.



Abstract Watercolors

Monday, 9/9, 6:30 – 8: 30 PM, $45

Using color theory and a variety of painting methods, you will create your own abstract or non-objective image in watercolors. Tap into your imaginative side. Materials are furnished.


Alcohol Ink Exploration

Tuesdays, 9/10 and 9/17, 1:30 – 3:30 PM, $60

Join us for a fun afternoon of experimentation with alcohol inks! We will use several kinds of surfaces for our paintings as we create non-objective images full of vibrant color and visual interest. Supplies will be furnished.



Wednesdays, 9/18 and 9/25, 1:00 – 3:00 PM, $60
Mondays, 10/14 and 10/21, 6:30 – 8:30 PM, $60

Learn to use a simple loom, how to warp, design your tapestry and learn 4 stitches during the first class. Continue your weaving throughout the week and complete your project during the second class. Learn to tie off the loom, weave in loose yarns, add beads, tie onto a dowel for a completed tapestry weaving!



Coffee Pour Over

Friday, 9/20, 6:30 – 8:30 PM, $45

In this class within a class, an owner from Course Coffee Roasters will explain how to chose, grind, measure and pour a great cup of coffee. Sample some of their fresh roasted coffee while we construct our own ceramic pour overs from slabs of clay.


Bottle Bottom Acrylic Abstracts

Friday, 9/27, 6:30 – 8:30 PM, $45

Create a beautiful abstract acrylic painting using a unique method of applying paints.  Expect to be pleasantly surprised at your own creativity!  Supplies will be furnished.


Wheel Throwing

Wednesday, 10/9, 6:30- 8:30 PM, $45
Wednesday, 11/6, 6:30 – 8:30 PM, $45

This is a great introducation to the pottery wheel as well as a fun night out with friends. Participants will learn the step by step process for creating bowls on the pottery wheel.


Leaf Soap Dish

Thursday, 10/17, 6:30 – 8:30 PM, $45

This quick and easy class is perfect for all experience levels. Press, cut and shape a soap dish that drains right into the sink. Your soap will last longer and you will learn the basics of shaping clay.



Dirty Pour Acrylics


Saturday, 10/19, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM, $45

All the craze and nothing traditional about it, this delightfully unpredictable style of painting proves everyone can be an acrylic artist.  We will dirty pour several small canvases and then create a one of a kind “friendship” pour that can be separated once dry and given away to cherished friends.


Leather Jewlery

Wednesday, 10/23, 6:30 – 8:30 PM, $45

 Learn how to cut and manipulate leather to create beautiful earrings and pendants. 



Inspired by Impressionism

Monday, 10/28, 6:30- 8:30 PM, $45

La vie est belle! (Life is beautiful) And so it will be as we learn the basics of Impressionism and do a small acrylic painting on canvas in that style. Prepare to smile! Supplies will be furnished.



Mosaic Picture Frame

Tuesdays, 10/29 and 11/2, 1:00 – 3:30 PM, $65

Create a beautiful mosaic on a premade picture frame. Glass tiles will be provided, but participants are welcome to bring in their own tiles to place on the frames. During the first class, the design will be added and glued to the frame. During the second class, students will grout and clean their piece.





Fused Glass Lamp Shade

Friday, 11/15, 6:30 – 9:00 PM, $85

During this workshop, participants will create a glass design to create a lamp shade that is approximately 6 x 9. Lamp kit is included for each participant.



Watercolor Birch Trees

Monday, 11/18, 6:30 – 8:30 PM, $45

Learn some watercolor techniques (and tricks!) artists use to create beautiful landscapes. You will amaze your friends with this painting of birch trees. Materials are furnished.



Hanging Planters

Friday, 11/22, 6:30- 8:30 PM, $45

Make a hanging planter that matches your style. Choose your own shape and we will help you achieve it. After they come out of the kiln, we will glaze and string them for you.



Fused Glass Ornaments/Sun Catchers

Friday, 12/6, 7:00 – 8:30 PM, $45

Create unique ornaments or suncatchers using layers of glass while learning glass cutting and design technique.





Clay Oil Diffuser/Tea Light

Thursday, 12/5, 1:30 – 3:30 PM, $45
Friday, 12/13, 6:30- 8:30 PM, $45

Create a cozy winter atmosphere with your handmade ceramic oil burner. Use essential oils or wax melts over a tea light, to cast a warm glow and comforting scent. Participants will make this 2 piece set in just one evening.
